We greatly value the business of our customers and strongly encourage you to contact us with in  5 days of recieving the items at any indication that there is a problem with our products. If damaged we will replace or full refund. However if its for any other reason then you will need to ship it back at your expense. We will then refund you the amount minus a 20% restocking fee. Please be sure to insure the items when returning as these items are fragile and in case of damage you will need to file a claim with your insured carrier. Of course we will provide you with any documentation you may need.
